3. Deposit Account – Savings or Current (Metrobank, BPI or BDO)
4. Proof of Income (COE, Pay slips, ITR, Bank Statements, etc.)
5. Proof of Billing (e.g. Utility Bills)
FOREIGNERS RESIDING OR WORKING IN METRO MANILA:
1. Valid International or Philippine Driver’s License
2. Passport with latest arrival stamp
3. ACR or work permit
4. Certification from company regarding contract or assignment period
5. Proof of income (Pay slips, Bank Statements, etc.)
6. Proof of Billing
7. Major Credit Cards like Visa or Mastercard
8. Deposit Account – Savings or Current (Metrobank, BPI or BDO)
